The newest installment of regulations for the ACA were realeased before the 4th of July holiday by the Department of Health and Human Services. 1,296 pages of new regulations to be exact. The focus of this new round of regulations aims at dealing with payments to doctors and hospitals. Regulators have estimated that the reporting needed to comply with these rules could take up to 108 minutes per patient per annual report. When considering the amount of patients any hospital or general practice deals with it leads you to ask, "when will it ever end?"
